冬病夏治法治疗变应性鼻炎的临床研究

The Efficacy and Safety of “Winter Disease Treated in Summer” Therapy on Allergic Rhinitis:A Clinical Trial

目的观察冬病夏治疗法治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效及安全性。方法将符合纳入标准的180例患者随机分为三伏贴组、三伏贴+隔姜灸组、隔姜灸组,每组各60例,分别于2016年初伏(2016年7月17日)、中伏(2016年7月27日)、末伏(2016年8月16日)进行治疗。对比治疗前后疗效、症状评分及生活质量评分差异,并在治疗后进行安全性分析。结果治疗后及远期随访,三伏贴+隔姜灸组疗效明显优于三伏贴组、隔姜灸组(均<0.05),三伏贴组和隔姜灸组的疗效比较,组间差异无统计学意义(>0.05);与治疗前比较,三组的症状积分及鼻结膜炎生活质量评分(RQLQ)均降低(均<0.05),但三伏贴+隔姜灸组较三伏贴组、隔姜灸组降低更明显(均<0.05);三伏贴组和隔姜灸组的症状积分比较差异无统计学意义(>0.05);远期随访时三伏贴组和隔姜灸组的鼻结膜炎生活质量评分差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论三伏贴和隔姜灸治疗变应性鼻炎有确切疗效,安全性良好,两者联合作用更明显;单独使用三伏贴较单独使用隔姜灸对于改善变应性鼻炎患者远期生活质量更好。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of"winter disease treated in summer"therapy in treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods 180 cases of allergic rhinitis patients meeting with the inclusion criterias were randomly divided into Sanfu plaster group,Sanfu plaster and Ginger-separated moxibustion group,Ginger-separated moxibustion group,with 60 cases in each group.Patients received treatments on July 17th,July 27th,2016 and August 16th in 2016 according to the theory guidelines.The efficacies,symptom scores and quality of life scores(RQLQ scores )were compared before and after the treatment, the safety analysis was performed after treatment.Results Significant difference in terms of efficacy rate among the 3 groups were observed with efficacy rate in Sanfu plaster and Ginger-separated moxibustion group higher than that in the other two groups (both P<0.05).While,no significant difference was observed between Sanfu plaster group and Ginger-separated moxibustion group (P>0.05).The symptom scores and RQLQ scores were reduced after the treatment and duringlong-term follow-up in each group (both P<0.05 ).But scores in Sanfu plaster and Ginger-separated moxibustion group decrease dsignificantly as compared with the other two groups(both P<0.05 ).There was no significant difference in symptom score between Sanfu plaster group and Ginger-separated moxibustion group after treatment (P>0.05).But the RQLQ scores duringlong-term follow-up in Sanfu plaster group decreased significantly as compared with Ginger-separated moxibustion group(P<0.05 ).Conclusion Treating allergic rhinitis with sanfu plaster or ginger-separated moxibustion during dog days is safe and effective.And the combination of sanfu plaster and ginger-separated moxibustion shows a better clinical outcome.Besides,it is better to use sanfu plaster alone than to use ginger-separated moxibustion alone to improve the quality of life in the long-term.
