涌泉贴敷配合肢体训练对脑出血后偏瘫的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Applying Cinnamon Plaster on Yongquan Point Combined with Limb Training for Hemiplegia after Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的观察肉桂贴敷涌泉穴配合肢体训练对脑出血后偏瘫患者临床疗效,为脑出血后偏瘫患者的临床治疗提供参考。方法回顾性分析我院收治的100例脑出血后偏瘫患者资料,分为观察组和对照组两组各50例,其中对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上外加肉桂贴敷涌泉穴配合肢体训练治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的神经功能、运动功能以及日常生活能力情况,对两组患者治疗后的继发障碍以及肌力进行比较,并对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析。结果两组治疗后,FMA、Barthel指数评分明显升高(<0.05),NIHSS评分明显降低(<0.05),观察组上述评分改善更为显著(<0.05);观察组上、下肢肌力改善明显优于对照组(<0.05);观察组继发肩关节半脱位、肩关节挛缩、肩痛以及肩-手综合征等障碍均明显低于对照组(<0.05);观察组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组(<0.05)。结论肉桂贴敷涌泉穴配合肢体训练可以明显改善脑出血后偏瘫患者的神经功能、生活能力、上下肢肌力以及肢体运动功能,减少继发障碍,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of applying cinnamon plaster on Yongquan point combined with limb training on the rehabilitation nursing effect of patients with hemiplegia after cerebral hemorrhage,and to provide reference for clinical nursing of patients with hemiplegia after cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 100 cases of patients with hemiplegia after cerebral hemorrhage were divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.Control group was given conventional treatment,observation group was treated with cinnamon plaster on Yongquan point plus limb training on the basis of control group.The neurological function,motor function and daily living ability were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The secondary disorders and muscle strengths after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results The scores of FMA and Barthel index increased significantly after treatment in both groups,and the NIHSS score significantly decreased.The scores in observation group improved more significantly (P<0.05).The muscle strength of the upper and lower limbs in observation group improved significantly better than that in control group (P<0.05).Secondary shoulder subluxation,shoulder joint contracture,shoulder pain and shoulder-hand syndrome in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05).The effective rate of observation group wassignificantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Applying cinnamon plaster on Yongquan point combined with limb training can significantly improve the neurological function,living ability,lower and upper extremity muscle strength and limb movement function of patients with hemiplegia after intracerebral hemorrhage,reduce secondary disorders,and improve nursing effect.It is worthy of clinical application.
