单线铁路隧道衬砌台车软性搭接改造施工技术 被引量:8

摘要 铁路隧道运营的最大安全隐患就是隧道拱部掉块及仰拱隆起。产生掉块的主要原因有施工缝处衬砌台车挤压、施工缝止水带悬臂端切割混凝土、拱部施工冷缝、混凝土质量缺陷等,但最普遍并最严重的质量问题是由衬砌台车挤压造成的。为消除衬砌刚性搭接导致的隧道衬砌拱部掉块缺陷,文章通过在中老铁路努瓦山隧道施工中对隧道衬砌台车进行改造,采用托盘+橡胶垫片的软性搭接技术,有效解决了衬砌施工缝处因刚性搭接造成的质量隐患问题。 Falling-off of rock piece at tunnel arch and invert heave are the main potential safety problems affectingnormal operation of the railway tunnel. The reasons causing falling-off of rock piece include squeezing by lining trolley at construction joint, concrete cutting by cantilever end of water stop at construction joint, construction cold jointat arch, concrete quality deficiency and so on. To eliminate the falling-off of rock piece at tunnel arch caused by rig-id overlap, modification of lining trolley and the flexible overlap technique combining tray with rubber gasket wereadopted during the construction of Nuwashan tunnel on China-Laos railway, and the potential quality problem dueto rigid overlap at construction joint of tunnel lining were effectively solved.
