摘要
目的探索链式流程管理模式在急诊抢救患者优质护理服务中的应用效果。方法将优质护理服务评价指标纳入考核中,结合链式流程管理模式,规范地为患者提供护理活动和流程,比较实施前和实施后急诊抢救患者急诊绿色通道平均滞留时间、患者满意度。结果实施后患者急诊绿色通道平均滞留时间缩短,患者满意度有明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在创建急诊抢救患者优质护理服务中运用链式流程管理模式能规范护理行为,缩短患者急诊滞留时间,提升抢救处治有效率及护理服务品质。
Objective To explore the application effects of chain process management model in emergency care of patients with high quality nursing services. Methods This research took evaluation index of high-quality nursing service into assessment and provided care activities and procedures for patients regularly via combining with chain process management model. And then the average residence time of emergency patients in green channel and patient satisfaction were compared before and after the implementation of the model. Results The average residence time of emergency green channel decreased after the application,while the patient satisfaction increased( P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of chain process management model in emergency care of patients with high quality nursing services could shorten the residence time for emergency care,and improve efficiency of salvage and nursing quality.
