摘要 在单道试验的基础上对铁基合金单层多道搭接工艺进行了研究。建立了激光熔覆多道搭接的理论计算模型,计算并修正搭接理论值。分析了搭接率对熔覆层的表面成形质量和微观组织的影响。得到了合适的搭接率56%,验证了熔覆层的显微硬度与材料的本身硬度相符合。 On the basis of single channel experiment,the single-layer multi-channel overlapping process of iron-based alloy was studied.The theoretical calculation model of laser cladding multi-channel overlapping was established,and the over- lapping theoretical value was calculated and then amended.The effects of overlapping rate on the surface forming quality and microstructure of the cladding layer were analyzed.The appropriate overlapping rate (56%)can be obtained.The accordance of the microhardness of the cladding layer with the hardness of the material is verified.
