摘要
研究高碳钢盘条在斯太尔摩线上各阶段的相变过程至关重要。异常组织最易在盘条心部产生,但盘条心部温度与相变过程数据无法在生产中直接获得。设计试验模拟了斯太尔摩风冷过程,测定了不同冷却条件下盘条表面与心部的温度变化曲线,分析了表面与心部冷却的差异,进而通过淬火试验研究了不同风冷下的相变过程。结合斯太尔摩模拟试验结果与热模拟试验,分析了高碳钢盘条常见异常微观组织产生的原因,并提出了控制方法。
It is very important to study the phase transformation process of high carbon steel wire rod in all stages of Stellmor wire.The abnormal microstructure is most likely to occur in the core of wire rod,but the temperature and phase change process data of the core of wire rod can not be obtained directly in production.The air cooling process of Stellmor was simulated by designed experiment,and the temperature change curves of the surface and center of wire rod under different cooling conditions were measured.The difference between surface cooling and core cooling was analyzed,and the phase transformation process under different air cooling conditions was studied by quenching test.Based on the results of Stellmor simulation test and thermal simulation test,the causes of abnormal microstructure of high carbon steel wire rod were analyzed and the control methods were put forward.
