朱宁云教授治疗糖尿病视网膜病变玻璃体积血经验总结

Professor Zhu Ningyun's Experience in the Treatment of Vitreous Hemorrhage

糖尿病视网膜病变是糖尿病较为常见的并发症,同样也是导致患者视力下降,甚或是失明的眼科疾病之一。糖尿病视网膜病变引发的玻璃体积血与患者视力障碍有十分紧密的联系。因此,对于该病的治疗尤其重要。笔者导师朱宁云教授有多年的临床经验,朱教授认为,该病的发生与发展,是由阴虚逐渐发展成气阴两虚,终致阴阳俱虚,而瘀血则是贯穿该病发生发展的证候要素之一。因此吾师依据益气养阴、凉血化瘀的治疗大法,自拟"糖网一号方"对该病进行辨证施治。总结导师治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的辨证思维、选方遣药、临证经验,为中医治疗该病提供临床诊疗参考。

Diabetic retinopathy is a common complication of diabetes,as well as one of the eye diseases that lead to vision loss or even blindness.The vitreous hemorrhage caused by diabetic retinopathy is closely related to the patient"s visual impairment.Therefore,the treatment of this disease is particularly important.Professor Zhu Ningyun has many years of clinical experience in this field, who believes that the occurrence and development of this disease is gradually from Yin deficiency to Qi and Yin deficiency,eventually causing both yin and yang deficiency,and blood stasis is one of the symptoms throughout the occurrence and development of the disease.My tutor set up the treatment of supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,cooling blood and removing blood stasis.Self-designed "Tang Wang No.1"to the disease syndrome differentiation and treatment,summarizes the dialectical thoughts of Zhu in the treatment of this disease,chooses the prescription to send the medicine,the clinical syndrome experience,provides the reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
