基层中医药服务能力与需求调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Grassroots Traditional Chinese Medicine Service Capability and Demand

目的:了解基层中医药服务能力和需求现状,分析基层中医药服务需求的影响因素,探讨进一步提升基层中医药服务能力的有效措施。方法:问卷调查法与访谈法相结合,调查基层中医药服务能力和需求情况。结果:截至2016年,米易县基层医疗机构已完成7个中医馆建设工作。调查结果显示,40～59岁人群的中医药服务需求度(15.69)比其他年龄段人群高;城镇居民(14.75)较农村居民(14.17)中医药服务需求较高;本科(大专)人群需求度(15.44)较其他学历人群的中医药服务需求高;很容易获得中医药服务人群的中医药服务需求度最高(15.44)。结论:基层医疗机构中医馆是基层中医药服务的供给主体,年龄、长期居住地、受教育水平、获得中医药服务的便捷度是影响群众中医药服务需求度的因素。

Objective:To understand the service capabilities and needs of primary Chinese medicine at present,to analyze the influencing factors of demand for primary Chinese medicine services and to explore effective measures to further enhance the service capability of Chinese medicine at primary level.Methods:The questionnaire survey and interview methods combined to investigate the grass-roots Chinese medicine service,capacity and demand situation.Results:Up to 2016,the primary medical institutions in Miyi County have completed the construction of 7 integrated Chinese medicine service area.The survey results show that the demand of people aged 40-59 (15.69)is higher than that of other age groups.The urban residents (14.75)have higher demand for Chinese medicine services than rural residents (14.17),and the demand for undergraduate (junior college)people (15.44)is higher than that of other academic qualifications'and easily accessible to Chinese medicine practitioners are the highest demand for medical services (15.44).Conclusion:The primary medical institutions'integrated Chinese medicine service area is the main supply of primary TCM services.Age,long-term residence,level of education and access to TCM are the factors influencing the demand for Chinese medicine.
