3种儿科住院总护师值班模式的比较

A comparetive study among three kinds of on duty modes of the pediatric general resident nurse

目的探讨适合儿科的住院总护师值班模式。方法发放问卷,调查护士长、护理人员和住院总护师3个群体对本院2001年～2017年采取的3种住院总护师值班模式的选择、影响情况、满意度及意见等,分析调查结果,比较出最适宜的值班模式。结果58. 33%的护士长认为住院总护师值班对科室没有影响,76. 25%的住院总护师认为值班对自己的工作和生活有影响,2者比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);参加模式一和模式二值班的住院总护师分别有58. 06%和60%的人员不满意自己的值班模式,模式三仅有8. 82%的住院总护师不满意,3者比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05); 3种值班模式下的家属均有半数以上对住院总值班不满意,3者间差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论值班模式三对科室和护理人员个人影响最小、满意度最高,最适宜医院选用。

Objective To explore the on duty modes of the general resident nurse and determine the suitable mode of the pediatric general resident nurse. Methods The chief nurses,nursing staff and general resident nurse were sent to questionnaires to survey the selection of the3 modes of the general resident nurse on duty from 2001 to 2017,the influencing factors,the satisfaction and opinions,and confirming the most apporiate mode on duty. Results 58. 33% of the chief nurses believed that the general resident nurse on duty system had no effect on the department,and 76. 25% general resident nurses thouthght that the system had an effect on their work and life( P < 0. 05); 58. 06% of the general resident nurse who particispated in mode1 were not satified with the mode,or 60% of the general residents were not satisfied with the mode2. Yet,there was only 8. 82% of the general residents were not satisfied with the mode3( P < 0. 05). More than half of the families were not satisfied the three kinds of on duty modes of the general resident nurse,but the differences among them was not statistically significant( P> 0. 05). Conclusion The on duty mode 3 of the pediatric general resident nurse has the least impact on the department and nursing staff,and has the highest satisfaction,which is the most appropriate mode.
