同种异体富血小板血浆对难愈合创面修复的疗效研究

Clinical efficacy of allogeneic blood platelet rich plasma in refractory skin ulcer

目的:研究同种异体富血小板血浆(PRP)对难愈合性人腿皮肤创面疗效的有效性。方法:对开放难愈合性创面进行彻底清创后,按照110的比例将提前制备好的PRP缓慢涂抹于患者创面,每隔2周换一次药,并拍照测定创面长度和宽度。结果:PRP治疗难愈合性创面患者愈合率达到86%,创面愈合时间为14～42d,平均29.5d。结论:同种异体富血小板血浆对难愈合性创面具有疗效。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of allogeneic paltelet rich plasma (PRP)in the treatment of refrac-tory skin wound.Method:After thorough debridement of the open difficult healing wounds,PRP prepared in ad-vance was applied slowly to the patient's wound surface at the ratio of 1  10.The medicine was changed every two weeks and a photo was taken to determine the length and width of the wound.Result:The healing rate of allograft PRP for the treatment of patients with difficult healing wounds was 86%,and the wound healing time was 14to 42 days,with an average of 29.5days.Conclusion:Allogeneic blood PRP may be effective in the treatment of refracto-ry skin ulcer.
