急性胰腺炎微创治疗的研究进展

创伤递升式分阶段治疗急性胰腺炎的理念已获得广泛认可。微创治疗更是在急性胰腺炎治疗中扮演着至关重要的角色。该理念大大减少了外科手术导致的创伤及相关并发症,使患者获得良好的治疗效果。目前,微创治疗方式丰富多样,各具特色。本文主要通过对急性胰腺炎微创治疗方式及利弊进行综述,以利临床医生更好地权衡各种干预措施的优劣,选择个体化治疗方式,改善患者预后。

The "step-up approach"concept in acute pancreatitis treatment has been widely accepted.Recently mini- really invasive treatment plays a crucial role in acute panereatitis treatment.The application of minimally invasive treatment signi- ficantly reduced the trauma and related complications caused by surgery and enhanced the prognosis.Currently,variety of mini- mal/y invasive approaches are specific and effective.This review summarized the therapeutic methods as well as the advantages and limitations of minimally invasive treatment.We aim to help clinicians balance the pros and cons and choose the individua- lized way to improve the prognosis.
