摘要
采用改进的Hummers法合成氧化石墨烯(GO),利用原位聚合法合成GO/聚3,4-二氧乙烯噻吩∶聚苯乙烯磺酸(GO/PEDOT∶PSS)复合材料,并使用碘化氢整体还原法生成还原氧化石墨烯(RGO)/PEDOT∶PSS复合材料,同时考察了GO掺杂量对RGO/PEDOT∶PSS复合材料电化学性能的影响。通过X射线衍射仪、拉曼光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、电化学测试等方法对所制材料进行了表征和性能测试。结果表明:GO与PEDOT∶PSS的质量比为6∶20时合成的RGO/PEDOT∶PSS复合材料具有最佳的电化学性能。
Using a modified Hummers method,graphene oxide(GO)was synthesized.Then GO/PEDOT∶PSS composites were synthesized by in-situ polymerization,and reduced with HI to get RGO/PEDOT∶PSS.The electrochemical performance of RGO/PEDOT∶PSS with different content of GO were analyzed using electrochemical test.RGO/PEDOT∶PSS were characterized by XRD,Raman and SEM.It was found that when the dose proportion of GO and PEDOT∶PSS was 6∶20,the RGO/PEDOT∶PSS had best electrochemical properties.
