剑桥大学与斯坦福大学创业教育组织建设策略探析

Analysis of the Constructional Strategy of Entrepreneurship Education Organization in Cambridge University and Stanford University

健全与完善创业教育组织是高校创业教育有效实施的重要保障。借助三螺旋理论,以剑桥大学和斯坦福大学的典型创业教育组织发展为研究对象,可以探索创业教育组织的基本结构、运行方式及组织外部关系的建立,并由此提炼两所大学创业教育组织的发展规律及成功经验。带来的启示是:未来我国高校创业教育发展应注重内部创业教育组织结构建设,明确创业教育组织建设的内容和原则,促进多部门的协同与合作、推进品牌创业活动,在"三螺旋"视域下打造良好组织外部关系。

To improve the entrepreneurial education organization is crucial to implement the better entrepreneurship education in universities.Based on the theory of triple helix,this paper explores the basic structure,operation mode and the establishment of external relations of entrepreneurial education organization with the development of typical entrepreneurial education organization of Cambridge University and Stanford University,and figures out the development rules and successful experience of entrepreneurial education organization in these two universities.This article enlightens us that the future development of China's college entrepreneurial education should focus on constructing the structure of the internal entrepreneurial education organization,defining the content and principles of entrepreneurial education organization construction,promoting multi-department cooperation, building brand entrepreneurial activities and creating good external relationships of organization in the "triple helix".
