摘要
牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Porphyromonas gingivalis,P.gingivalis)是一种革兰氏阴性厌氧菌,是牙周病的主要致病菌。由于P.gingivalis具有激活宿主炎症、调节免疫反应的能力,其与全身性疾病,特别是阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)的相互关系已成为研究热点。AD是一种常见的引起老年人群痴呆的神经退行性病变,以多种炎症介质参与的炎症反应为关键病理机制。本文就二者可能的相互关联机制作一综述。
Porphyromonas gingivalis is a Gram-negative anaerobe,which is the main pathogen of periodontitis. Because of its ability to activate the host inflammatory response and to regulate immune responses,it has been a research hotspot to explore the mutual relationship between P.gingivalis and systemic diseases,especially Alzheimer’s disease. AD is a common neurodegenerative disease that causes dementia in the elderly with a variety of inflammatory mediators involved in the inflammatory response as the key pathology. This article reviews their possible interrelated mechanisms.
