核心稳定性训练对痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿精细运动功能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨核心稳定性训练在改善痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿精细运动功能中的临床意义。方法:选取接受康复治疗的106例痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿为研究对象,按就诊时间先后次序分为观察组和对照组各53例。对照组予以常规康复训练,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上予以核心稳定性训练,训练疗程为12周。于治疗前及治疗12周后对2组予以Peabody运动发育量表评定其粗大运动功能、总体运动功能和精细运动功能。结果:2组治疗后粗大运动商(GMQ)、总运动商(TMQ)评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组的GMQ、TMQ评分治疗前后差值高于对照组(P<0.05);2组抓握标准分、视觉-运动整合标准分、精细动作发育商(FMQ)评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组抓握标准分、视觉-运动整合标准分、FMQ评分的治疗前后差值高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:核心稳定性训练可提高痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿核心稳定,促进精细运动功能发育。 Objective:To explore the clinical significance of core stability training in improving the fine motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods:A total of 106 children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to visiting time with 53 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,while the observation group was given core stability training for 12 weeks on the basis of the control group.The gross motor function,general motor function and fine motor function in both groups were assessed by Peabody motor development scale before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment.Results:After treatment,scores of gross motor quotient (GMQ)and total motor quotient (TMQ) in both groups were higher than those before treatment (P<0.05).The difference of GMQ scores and TMQ scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Standard scores for grasp,visual-motor integration and fine motor quotient (FMQ)scores in both groups were higher than those before treatment (P<0.05).The difference of standard scores for grasp,visual-motor integration and FMQ scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Core stability training can effectively improve the core stability of children with spastic cerebral palsy and promote the development of their fine motor function.
