摘要
目的:探讨脑卒中患者社会支持水平对自我管理行为的影响,以期为构建符合脑卒中患者自我管理模式提供有效方法。方法:采用社会支持评定量表、脑卒中患者自我管理行为评定量表,对440例脑卒中住院患者进行有效问卷调查。结果:社会支持总分为(40.27±7.50)分,自我管理行为总分为(151.95±23.58)分,客观支持、主观支持、对支持的利用度3个维度与患者的自我管理行为均呈正相关。结论:脑卒中患者的自我管理行为与社会支持水平有关。
Objective:To explore the influence of social support level on self-management behavior of convalescent patients with stroke,so as to provide an effective method to construct the self-management model for recovery stage stroke patients.Methods:The research investigated 440 hospitalized patients in stroke recovery stage effectively by employing social support rating scale and self-management behavior rating scale.Results:The total score of social support was (40.27±7.50),self-management behavior score was (151.95±23.58),and three dimensions of objective support,subjective support and the utilization of support all had positive correlation with the self-management behavior of the patients.Conclusion:The self-management behavior of stroke patients and the level of social support are related in the recovery stage.
