PEGDA对环氧丙烯酸酯UV固化性能的影响研究

摘要 以EA(双酚A型环氧丙烯酸酯)作为基本预聚物、PEGDA(聚乙二醇双丙烯酸酯)为活性稀释剂、184光引发剂(1-羟基-环己基-苯基甲酮)和TPO[(三甲基苯甲酰基)二苯基氯化磷]为复配光引发剂,制备出一种UV固化胶。着重探讨了PEGDA含量对不同UV固化体系的黏度、Tg、模量、折光率、线膨胀系数、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和接触角的影响。研究结果表明:PEGDA可有效降低体系黏度,PEGDA含量增加会降低体系的低温模量,同时提高了固化物的线膨胀系数。 UV adhesive was prepared by using bisphenol A epoxy acrylate(EA)as basic prepolymer,polyethylene glycol diacrylate(PEGDA)as active diluent,1-hydroxy-cyclohexyl-phenylketone(184 photoinitiator)and(trimethylbenzoyl)diphenyl phosphorus chloride(TPO)as composite photoinitiator.The effects of PEGDAcontent on the viscosity,Tg,modulus,refractive index,linear expansion coefficient,tensile strength,elongation atbreak and contact angle of different UV curing systems were studied.The research results showed that PEGDAcould effectively reduce the viscosity of the system,increasing the content of PEGDA decreased the low temperaturemodulus of the system and increased the linear expansion coefficient of the cured product.
