以北京市农林科学院"双百对接"工作为例,研究构建农业科技推广效果评价的指标体系及其评价方法,并找出影响服务效果的具体因素和关键因素,以期掌握农业科研院所科技推广的水平以及未来努力方向。

Taking the work of"Shuangbai docking"of Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry as an example,the index system and evaluation method of agricultural science and technology extension effect evaluation were established,and the specific factors and key factors were found out that affect the effect of service,in order to grasp the level of scientific and technological extension of agricultural research institutes and the direction of future efforts.
