知识产权:能否转化成浇在智慧火花上的利益之油?——基于对江苏省高新技术企业的问卷调查

Intellectual Property:Can It be Converted into the Oil of Profit Pouring on the Spark of Wisdom?: Based on the Survey of High-tech Enterprises in Jiangsu Province

以江苏省高新技术企业为调查对象,通过李克特五级量表,运用因子分析法遴选了企业知识产权综合管理能力的影响因素,分析这些因素的内在关系,并针对调研中发现的问题,构建提升知识产权综合管理能力的"金字塔"保障体系,有助于企业采取有针对性的措施,提高知识产权综合管理能力,将知识产权转化成浇在智慧火花上的利益之油。

The paper takes high-tech enterprises as the sample,selects the factors of the comprehensive management capability of IPR by means of Likert five scales and factor analysis,and analyzes the internal relations of these factors. Based on the analysis,the paper constructs the ‘pyramid’security system to raise the comprehensive management capability of IPR in high-tech enterprises,and finally transform IPR into the oil of profit on the spark of wisdom.
