摘要
柔性直流电网因具有灵活、可靠和经济性好等特点,得到越来越多的重视和发展,而直流断路器是保证柔性直流电网稳定运行的关键设备之一。针对传统机械式及混合式直流断路器应用于高电压领域时存在的可靠性和经济性问题,提出一种耦合型机械式高压直流断路器拓扑结构,详细分析其工作原理及优势,并给出各元件参数的选择依据。基于160kV南澳柔性直流输电系统需求,研制了160kV高压直流断路器样机,完成包括双向开断试验在内的型式试验,并挂网运行。针对500kV直流输电系统需求,完成500kV耦合型机械式高压直流断路器拓扑完善与参数设计,并基于PSCAD仿真软件完成了针对张北工程的各主要工况仿真校核。
Nowadays multi-terminal high voltage DC(HVDC) networks have been drawing more interests because of their flexibility, reliability and efficiency. HVDC circuit breaker is one of the most important equipment to maintain the stable operation of the DC grid. When it comes to the high voltage area, the reliability and efficiency of traditional mechanical and hybrid circuit breaker are not satisfied. So, a new circuit breaker topology with coupling reactor was proposed, the working principles as well as the advantages of which were analyzed in detail. A 160 k V mechanical HVDC circuit breaker had been designed, developed, tested and put into operation, which proved the reliability of the topology. Then, improvements are put forward, to meet the requirements of 500 kV DC grid. The PSCAD simulation model is built and the simulation results verify the function of the modified DC circuit breaker topology.
