Development of Short Message Alarm Device for Heating System

介绍了首钢技术研究院中试区域供暖系统的构成和存在的问题,并提出了通过短信报装置对供暖系统水温、管道泵输出压力、管道回水压力、补水箱水位和断电报警等参数进行实时监测的解决方案。供暖系统短信报警装置投入运行后,对供暖系统进行实时监控,实现了泵房无人值守。

The composition and existing problems of the heating system in the pilot plant of Shougang Research Institute of Technology were introduced,and the solution for real-time monitoring of the parameters of the heating system such as water temperature,output pressure of the pipeline pump, return water pressure of the pipeline,water level of the water supply tank and power failure alarm through short message alarm device was put forward.After the short message alarm device of the heating system was put into operation,the heating system was monitored in real time,and the pump house is unattended.
