高强集装箱板平整轧制研究与实践

Research and Practice of Skin Pass Rolling of High Strength Container Strip

冷轧高强集装箱板带钢对板形和翘曲有苛刻要求,并且要求其抗拉强度在800 MPa以上,平整难度极大。本文通过对平整轧制过程中的问题进行研究,提出了相应的针对性措施,解决了高强集装箱板的板形不良和翘曲问题,实践效果良好。

There were strict requirements for cold-rolled high strength container steel strip on its flatness and buckling,and the requirement for the tensile strength was above 800 MPa,which made the skin pass rolling process extremely difficult.Through the study of the problems in skin pass rolling process,the corresponding measures were put forward,which solved the problems of poor flatness and buckling of high strength container steel strip,and the practical effect was good.
