700MPa级热轧高强厚规格耐候钢生产工艺研究

摘要 采用低碳、低锰、铌钛微合金化和低镍铜比的成分体系,生产热轧高强厚规格耐候钢。通过优化板坯加热过程中的温度,通过控制轧制及采用超快冷工艺,充分发挥铌和钛的析出强化和细晶强化作用,获得综合力学性能优异的热轧高强厚规格耐候钢。 Hot rolled high strength and thick weathering steel was produced by using low carbon,low manganese,Niobium-Titanium microalloying and low nickel-copper ratio composition system.By optimizing the temperature during slab reheating,controlled rolling and adopting ultra-fast cooling process,the precipitation strengthening and fine grain strengthening of niobium and titanium were brought into full play,and hot rolled high strength and thick weathering steel with excellent comprehensive mechanical properties was obtained.
