“导师+”体育对师生导学互动的影响

The Influence of "Tutor +" Sports on the Interaction of Teachers and Students

摘要 运用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查等研究方法,以大连理工大学2015-2017级在校研究生为研究对象,对师生导学互动现状进行调查,结果显示,研究生与导师沟通频率较低,时间较短,沟通主动性不足。针对研究结果提出:良好的导学互动是高校研究生培养的重要影响因素,"导师+"是一种新的教育形态,以"导师+体育"为驱动,积极营造良好的体育活动氛围,安全、健康的运动环境,通过体育运动增强导师与研究生的互动交流,推进我国研究生的培养,推动高校教育的创新发展。 Using literature,expert interviews,questionnaires and other research methods to investigate the current situation of teacher-student interaction,the results show that the frequency of communication between graduate students and tutors is relatively low,the time is short,and communication initiative is insufficient.Good tutoring interaction is an important influencing factor for postgraduate training in colleges and universities. " tutor +" is a new form of education. Driven by " tutor + sports",it actively creates a good atmosphere for sports activities,a safe and healthy sports environment. Through sports to enhance the interaction between tutors and postgraduates,promote the cultivation of postgraduates in China,and promote the innovative development of college education.
