摘要
采用文献资料和实验研究等方法,对创新德育课对改善高职生人际关系进行了实证研究,结果显示:实验结果,实验组在信任、容纳他人、社交焦虑3项指标与实验前均呈现积极的变化,同时创新德育课程对男、女学生及不同年级学生有差异性积极变化。指出以拓展训练为载体的创新德育课程对学生人际关系具有积极的促进作用。
Research method: literature study and experiment. Experimental result: the experimental group showed positive changes in the three indicators of trust,acceptance of others and social anxiety,and the creative moral education curriculum had different positive changes for men,women students in different grades.Conclusion; the innovative moral education curriculum based on outward bound training has a positive effect on students’ interpersonal relationship.
