摘要
综合运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验法和数理统计法,以安徽体育运动职业技术学院摔跤选项课的40名学生作为研究对象,探讨在职业院校摔跤课教学中引入微课教学方式的可操作性和实效性,实验结果表明,微课教学对比传统教学在提高学生身体素质、摔跤理论水平和摔跤技能水平方面的作用显著。
Using literature study,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,taking the 40 students of wrestling class as the object the feasibility and the efjectiveness of Micro-Course to be introduced into the wrestling teaching is studied. The Results show that the Micro-Course improve the students’ plysical quality,theoretical level and techneque.
