摘要
目的:观察镜像治疗结合肌电生物反馈对偏瘫型脑瘫患儿上肢运动功能的影响。方法:选取2015年1月~2017年5月本院就诊偏瘫型脑瘫患儿40例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例。两组均给予常规的综合康复治疗:运动疗法、作业疗法、感觉统合训练,对照组在此基础上做生物反馈治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予镜像疗法结合肌电生物反馈治疗。两组分别于治疗前和治疗12周后行FMFM和FMA评估。结果:治疗后,两组患者的FMFM、FMA评分均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后的FMFM、FMA评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:镜像疗法结合肌电生物反馈能促进偏瘫型脑瘫患儿精细运动功能发育。
Objective:To observe the effect of mirror therapy combined with electromyographic biofeedback on the upper limb function of children with hemiplegic cerebral palsy. : Methods: From January 2015 to May 2017, 40 children with hemiplegic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into treatment group (n=20) and control group (n=20). Two groups were given routine comprehensive rehabilitation therapy: exercise therapy, occupational therapy, sensory integration training, the control group was treated with biofeedback on the basis, and the treatment group was treated with mirrored therapy combined with myoelectric biofeedback. The two groups were evaluated by FMFM and FMA after treatment and after 12 weeks of treatment. : Results: After treatment, the scores of FMFMFM and FMA in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P< 0.05), and the scores of FMFMFM and FMA in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Mirror therapy combined with electromyographic biofeedback can promote the development of fine motor function in children with hemiplegic cerebral palsy.
