龙氏牵引下正骨手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床观察

Long’s Bone-Setting Manipulation under Traction in Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的:观察龙氏牵引下正骨手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将96例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用电针联合龙氏牵引下正骨手法治疗,对照组则予电针加颈椎牵引治疗,3个疗程后观察两组临床疗效。结果:试验组总有效率为97.4%,显著高于对照组的85.4%(P<0.05);治疗3个疗程后,试验组VAS评分、功能评分、症状体征评分改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:龙氏牵引下正骨手法能提高神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效,缩短起效时间。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Long's bone-setting manipulation under traction in treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods:96 cases of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group treated with electroacupuncture combined with Long's bone-setting manipulation under traction,while control group accepted electroacupuncture and cervical traction,observed the efficacy of the two groups after 3 courses of treatment.Results:The overall response rate of experimental group was 97.4%,which was significantly higher than 85.4%that of control group (P<0.05);after 3 courses of treatment,the improvement of VAS score,function score,symptoms and signs score of experimental group were significantly better than those of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Long's bone-setting manipulation under traction can improve the therapeutic effect of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and shorten the onset time.
