椎间孔镜技术联合中医药综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

Intervertebral Foraminoscopy Combined with TCM Comprehensive therapy for Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:探讨椎间孔镜技术联合中药、电针等中医综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:将80例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予椎间孔镜手术和常规功能锻炼,观察组则联合中药、电针等疗法,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为97.5%,显著高于对照组的82.5%(P<0.05);观察组VAS、JOA、ODI评分改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腰椎间盘突出症在椎间孔镜术后,联合中药、电针等中医综合治疗方案,可显著提高临床疗效,降低疼痛程度,改善腰椎功能,提高生存质量。

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of intervertebral foraminoscopy surgery combined with TCM comprehensive therapy of Chinese herbal decoction and electroacupuncture in treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods: 80 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into observation group(n=40) and control group(n=40), the control group treated with intervertebral foraminoscopy surgery and conventional functional exercise, while observation group combined with Chinese herbal decoction and electroacupuncture therapy, compared the efficacy of the two groups. Results: The overall response rate of observation group was 97.5%, which was significantly higher than 82.5% that of control group(P<0.05); the improvement of VAS, JOA and ODI scores in observation group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05). CCoonncclluu-sion: For patients with lumbar disc herniation, the combination with TCM comprehensive therapy of Chinese herbal decoction and electroacupuncture can significantly improve the efficacy, reduce the degree of pain, improve patients’ lumbar function and quality of life.
