中药熏药应用于肝肾亏虚型腰痹的临床研究

Clinical study on Chinese medicine fumigation in treating lumbago due to deficiency of liver and kidney

目的:探讨中药熏药治疗肝肾亏虚型腰痹的临床疗效。方法:选取本院骨科2017年1月~2018年7月肝肾亏虚型住院患者60例,随机分为对照组和试验组各30例,对照组口服筋骨胶囊,试验组在口服筋骨胶囊的基础上应用中药熏药治疗,观察两组临床疗效及患者出院护理服务满意度调查率。结果:试验组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者出院护理服务满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏药治疗肝肾亏虚型腰痹有明显的效果,值得临床开展应用。

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine fumigation in treating lumbago due to deficiency of liver and kidney.Methods: From January 2017 to July 2018, 60 inpatients with deficiency of liver and kidney were randomly divided into two groups: control group(n=30) and experimental group(n=30).The control group was treated with Jinggu capsule and the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of oral Jinggu capsule. The clinical curative effect and the satisfaction rate of nursing service were observed in the two groups. Results: The total effective rate in the trial group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the satisfaction degree of the discharged nursing service in the trial group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of liver and kidney deficiency waist lump has obvious effect, worthy of clinical application.
