光亮焊丝在铝合金筒体焊接中适用性工艺研究

Research on Applicability of Bright Welding Wire in Aluminum Alloy Tube Welding

基于光亮焊丝前期准备周期短、工作量小、生产效率高的优点,为进一步验证光亮处理后焊丝在产品焊接中的适用性,针对光亮焊丝焊接性、试件及产品的焊缝质量及机械性能等情况,对项目内容进行了相关验证性试验。试验采用不同规格的试板及产品针对光亮焊丝与普通焊丝焊接结果进行对比试验及分析,试验结果表明采用光亮处理后的焊丝焊接,焊缝表面质量明显提高,内部缺陷相对减少,焊接接头力学性能与普通焊丝焊接接头力学性能相当,完全满足产品设计要求的焊缝性能指标,可以进行正式产品的焊接应用。

Based on the advantages of short preparation period,small work and high production efficiency of bright welding wire,and in order to further verify the applicability of welding wire after brightness treatment in product welding,relevant validation tests were carried out for welding quality of bright welding wire,welding quality and mechanical properties of specimens and products.The test used test boards and products of different specifications to compare and analyze the welding results of bright welding wire and ordinary welding wire.The test results show that the welding wire with bright welding wire can improve the welding surface quality and reduce the internal defects,and the mechanical properties of welding joint are similar to that of ordinary welding wire.The bright welding wire fully meets the requirements of the welding performance of the product design.
