BED和BD混合燃料的理化特性研究

A Research on the Physical and Chemical Properties of the BED and BD Blended Fuels

摘要 针对BED(生物柴油-乙醇-柴油)和BD(生物柴油-柴油)混合燃料,采用经验公式计算和试验测量相结合的方法,对其十六烷值、含氧量、密度和粘度等理化特性进行了研究.测试的混合燃料包括11种生物柴油含量在10%~30%、乙醇含量在3%~10%的BED混合燃料和5种生物柴油含量在10%~50%的BD混合燃料.研究结果表明,随着混合燃料中所含乙醇比例的增加,含氧量升高,十六烷值、密度和运动粘度减小;随着混合燃料中生物柴油所占比例的增加,十六烷值、含氧量、密度和运动粘度均增加. BED和BD混合燃料的粘度均随着温度升高而降低.在较低温度变化范围内,两种混合燃料的粘度随温度上升而降低的幅度较大,随着温度的上升,粘度降低幅度有所减小. A study on the cetane number,oxygen content,density and viscosity of the BED(biodiesel-ethanol-diesel) and BD(biodiesel-diesel) blended fuels was carried out by the experience formula calculation and experimental measurement methods. Eleven kinds of BED blends containing 10% ~ 30% of biodiesel and 3% ~10% of ethanol and 5 kinds of BD blends containing 10% ~ 50% of biodiesel were tested. The research results show that with the increasing proportion of the ethanol in the blended fuels,the oxygen content increases,and the cetane number,density and viscosity decrease. And the cetane number,oxygen content,density and viscosity all increase with the increase of the biodiesel proportion in the blended fuels. The viscosities of the BED blends and BD blends both reduce with the increasing temperature. In lower temperature range,the viscosity decreasing of the BED and BD blended fuels with the increasing temperature become more obvious. With the increase of temperature,the decrease amplitude of the viscosity reduces.
