矿山救护能力模糊可拓物元评估模型

摘要 基于素质模型的矿山救护能力评估是当前应急管理工作亟待解决的重要命题。通过文献研究和现场调查,提出了矿山救护能力评估指标体系;采用欧式贴近度法、最小电平算法等方法,建立了矿山救护能力模糊可拓物元评估模型。矿山救护能力评估指标体系的建立,将有利于推进矿山救护队考核的量化、信息化。 The evaluation of mine rescue ability based on the quality model is an important proposition to be solved urgently in the current emergency management work. Through literature research and on-site investigation, the paper proposes the evaluation index system of mine rescue ability, and adopts the methods of Euclid approach degree and minimum level algorithm to establish the fuzzy extension matter-element evaluation model of mine rescue capability. The establishment of the evaluation index system of mining rescue capability will be beneficial to promoting the quantization and informatization of mine rescue team assessment.
