煤矿事故应急场景对矿工生理状态影响的实验研究

Experimental on Impact of Coal Mine Emergency Scenes on Physiological State of Miners

随着我国原煤产量的逐年增加,煤矿安全生产形势依然严峻。煤矿事故严重影响了矿工的心理状态,最终导致生理指标发生变化。通过建立煤矿事故应急场景实验系统,测试实验对象实验前后生理指标,得出显著生理测评指标,分析性别及有无事故经验对其生理指标的影响。基于矿工的生理指标可以反应矿工的心理素质,提出3条建议,为煤炭企业入职测评、心理培训及关键岗位人员调整提供了参考依据。

With the annual increase of raw coal output in China, safety production situation of coal mine is still severe. Coal mine accident has seriously affected the psychological state of miners and finally led to the change of physical signs. By establishing an emergency scene experiment system for coal mine accidents, the physical signs of the experimental subjects before and after the experiment were tested, and the significant physiological evaluation indexes were obtained to analyze the influence of gender and accident experience on the physiological indexes. Based on physiological reaction of the miners’ psychological quality, three suggestions are proposed to provide reference basis for the evaluation, psychological training and adjustment of key post personnel of coal enterprises.
