观察急性脑血栓早期康复护理对降低脑血栓患者致残率的效果观察

Observation of the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on reducing disability rate of patients with acute cerebral thrombosis

目的:观察急性脑血栓早期康复护理对降低脑血栓患者致残率的效果。方法:选取本院2015年5月~2017年5月收治的脑血栓患者74例,随机分为对照组和观察组各37例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施早期康复护理,观察两组护理效果。结果:观察组总有效率、满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组致残率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对脑血栓患者实施早期康复护理的临床效果十分显著,其可以有效降低脑血栓患者致残率,提高疗效及满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the effect of early rehabilitation nursing of acute cerebral thrombosis on reducing the disability rate of patients with cerebral thrombosis.Methods:From May 2015to May 2017,74patients with cerebral thrombosis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:control group (n =37)and observation group (n =37).Routine nursing was used in the control group,and early rehabilitation nursing was carried out on the basis of routine nursing in the observation group,and the nursing effect of the two groups was observed.Results:The total effective rate and satisfaction were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05),and the disability rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<O.O5).Conclusion:The clinical effect of early rehabilitation nursing in patients with cerebral thrombosis is very significant,it can effectively reduce the cerebral thrombosis patient morbidity,also can effectively improve the pa- tient's nursing effect,worth clinical promotion.
