随着战争形态向信息化加速演变,传统树状作战指挥体系已难适用当前作战指挥需求,从定性角度所宏观概括出来的新型网状作战指挥体系的构设理念正被逐步接受,为使该理念进一步向实战运用转化,文章基于复杂网络理论,提出了新型网状作战指挥体系网络结构的构设方法,构设了中心度、指挥集权系数及指挥通联系数等特征参量进行作战指挥体系网络结构性能的描述,分析了指挥层次、指挥跨度、协同连接概率及指挥方式对作战指挥体系效能的影响程度,得出了新型网状作战指挥体系的具体构设参数和有效运用方式。
