谐波背景下非线性供电系统电能计量数据远传技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 传统多相并联的15 k W无线电能传输系统进行电能计量数据远传时,未考虑谐波背景下电流能量不均衡问题,导致系统的运行稳定性较低。因此,研究谐波背景下,非线性供电系统的电能计量数据远传技术,将80C196KC当成非线性供电系统的核心,系统硬件由数据远传模块、键盘模块以及LCD液晶显示模块等构成,其中数据远传模块通过隔离电路在全部周期共同远传脉冲的掌控下,将电压和电流信号远传到单片机中进行分析,采用锁相环电路对信号进行全部周期共同远传处理;系统软件采用模块化设计,在监控循环模块、采集模块以及其他功能模块中,设计定时中断服务程序与数据接收程序,实现谐波背景下非线性供电系统的电能计量数据有效远传。实验结果表明,所设计系统进行电能计量数据远传时远传误差率增长不高于0. 26%,远传速度增长率最大值为98%,具有较高的传速度增长快、远传效率和鲁棒性,且系统实现复杂度和系统成本较低。 The traditional multiphase parallel 15kW wireless power transmission system does not consider the current energy imbalance under the harmonic background when transmitting the power measurement data,which leads to the low operating stability of the system.Therefore,under the background of studying harmonics,the power measurement data transmission technology of the nonlinear power supply system uses the 80C196KC as the core of the nonlinear power supply system.The system hardware consists of data transmission modules,keyboard modules,and LCD LCD display modules.In which the data distance transmission module is controlled by the isolation circuit and the voltage and current signals are transmitted to the single chip computer for analysis.The phase locking loop circuit is used to carry out the total cycle common distance transmission processing.The system software adopts modular design.In the monitoring cycle module,collection module and other functional modules,the interrupt service program and data receiving program are designed regularly,and the power measurement data of the nonlinear power supply system under the background of harmonics is effectively transmitted.The experimental results show that the remote error rate of the system is not higher than 0.26,and the maximum rate of remote speed is 98.The system has high speed growth,high transmission efficiency and robustness.And the system implementation complexity and system cost are lower.
