稀土Er对6201导电铝合金微观组织和性能的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Er on the Microstructure and Properties of 6201 Aluminum Alloy

摘要 本文研究了不同含量的稀土Er对6201导电铝合金微观组织、力学性能和电学性能的影响。研究结果表明:微量的Er (0.1%~0.5%)可对6201铝合金起到晶粒细化作用,同时也能够净化铝合金熔体,提高6201铝合金的导电性能和力学性能。随着Er添加量的逐渐增大,铸态6201铝合金组织晶粒细化,同时挤压热处理后样品的抗拉强度、伸长率和电导率逐渐提高。当添加0.3%Er时, 6201铝合金的抗拉强度达到最大为258 MPa,相比未添加Er的6201铝合金其抗拉强度增长了21.7%;当添加0.5%Er时,电导率为56.3%IACS,相比未添加Er的6201铝合金,其电导率升高了9.1%;同时,在150℃下,添加0.3%Er和0.5%Er的6201铝合金的电导率分别为43%IACS和41%IACS。 In this study,the effects of Er on the microstructure,mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of 6201 aluminum alloy were studied.The results showed that Er can refine the grain size of 6201aluminum alloy and purify the alloy melt,which improved the mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of 6201 aluminum alloy.With the addition of Er increasing, the grain size of as-east 6201 aluminum alloy decreased.Moreover,the tensile strength, elongation and electrical conductivity of 6201 aluminum alloy increased with the increasing addition of Er.When the addition of Er is 0.3%,the maximal tensile strength was 285MPa which was 21.7% higher than that of pure 6201 aluminum alloy.When the addition of Er is 0.5%,the electrical conductivity was 56.3% IACS,which was 9.1% higher than that of pure 6201aluminum alloy.In addition,the electrical conductivity of 0.3% Er-added and 0.5% Er-added 6201 aluminum alloy was 43% IACS and 41% IACS at 150℃,respectively.
