摘要
对衡钢1号高炉煤气流失常的原因进行了总结和分析。这次高炉布料溜槽故障是引起高炉炉况失常的主要原因;无计划休风、慢风多,入炉原燃料质量变差,原料带入的Zn含量升高,操作制度不合理是炉况失常的其它原因。通过采取改善原燃料质量,降低入炉锌负荷,加萤石洗炉,制定系列措施治理炉缸,调整装料制度、送风制度、热制度,强化炉顶关键设备管理,更换布料溜槽等一系列措施,取得了较好效果。
The reasons for abnormal coal gas flow in No.1BF of Hengyang Steel are summarized and analyzed.The failure of the BF distributing chute is the main cause of the failure of the blast furnace.And other reasons include unplanned off wind,slow wind,bad quality of furnace burden,increased Zn content in the furnace burden and irrational operation system.A series of measures have been taken such as improving the quality of the raw materials and fuel,reducing the load of zinc in the furnace,adding the fluorite to wash the furnace,setting up a series of measures to control the hearth,adjusting the charging system,the air blow system and the heat system, strengthening the management of key equipments on the top of the furnace and the replacing the distributing chute.With these measures,an effective result was achieved.
