摘要
首钢京唐3#连退机组投产初期,清洗段时常出现极薄带"起筋"缺陷,严重影响生产效率和产品质量。本文利用有限元方法,分析挤干辊两侧压力以及板形对作用在极薄带表面上应力的影响,得出极薄带"起筋"的原因:极薄带局部高点受到挤干辊不均匀的摩擦力导致发生纵向褶皱。鉴于此,现场通过改善来料板形,优化焊缝过挤干辊控制方法,提出挤干辊辊缝控制策略,解决了极薄带清洗段"起筋"问题。
In the early stage of Shougang Jingtang NO.3 continuous annealing line,because of the frequent occurrence of paper-thin strip "ridge buckle"defects in the cleaning section,steady operation is severely affected.In this paper,the finite element method is used to analyze the effect of side pressure of squeeze roll and strip shape on the surface stress of the paper-thin strip.It is concluded that the cause of the strip ridge buckle defect is the longitudinal wrinkle caused by the uneven frictional force on the local high point of strip steel under squeeze roll.For that reason,by improving the shape of the cold rolling coil and optimizing the control method of the welds through squeeze roll,a new control strategy for the roll gap of the squeeze roll is put forward and the problem of paper-thin strip "ridge buckle"defect in the cleaning section is solved.
