摘要
利用单级和双级单排行星齿轮机构的统一模型,提出采用改进杠杆法建立6速行星齿轮机构的速度矢量图,从而图解得到各挡传动比,此方法简单直观。根据速度矢量图分析,6速行星齿轮机构两类6种方案只有两种是合理的,由于每排可以是单级或多级两种情况,所以理论上最多共有16种子方案。设计了1种3排都是单级的6速行星齿轮机构以及自动变速器,并把它与其它3种自动变速器进行多方面的比较,该设计自动变速器在传动比方面具有明显优势。
An improved lever method is proposed for creating the velocity vector chart of 6-speed gear mechanism using the unified model of single-stage and 2-stage single row gear mechanisms,and transmission ratios for each gear shifting are illustrated.Based on the analysis of velocity vector chart,only two out of six from two classes of 6-speed planetary gear mechanism design schemes are reasonable,there are total 16 subschemas because each row can be single -stage or multi-stage.An automatic transmission with 3 rows of single-stage 6-speed planetary gear mechanism is designed,andcompared with three other automatic transmissions in many respects,results show that it has obvious advantages in transmission ratios.
