一种外包络法土豆表皮切削刀头的设计与运动轨迹分析

摘要 基于土豆外形凹凸不平的削皮局限性,提出了1种外包络法土豆表皮切削的新方法,在逐个仿人工切削的基础上,将一整个切削刀片分成若干等宽的小刀片,并采用弹性介质作为传动媒介,以达到土豆表皮仿形等厚切削的效果。确定出此切削方法的工作原理,阐明了该刀头整体和关键组成部分的功能实现及结构,并通过对土豆表皮切削的3维仿真及运动轨迹分析,得到了基本切削参数,以验证此加工方法及刀头设计的合理性。 Because the limitation of the current automatic peeling technology on potato with accidented surface,A new external envelope method on cutting potato skin was be proposed,In order to achieve a satisfied effect which potato epidermis was profiling peel with uniform thickness,on the simulated hand-paring for potato skin one by one,the whole cutting blade was divided into a number of small blades with equal width,and the driving force was transfered though a special kind of flexible medium,depending on the above methods,the working principle of elastic tool bit was confirmed,and the assembly design of the cutting tools and the detail structural design of each functional parts were all expounded.By three-dimensional simulation and motion trajectory analysis,The basic cutting parameters was obtained,and the rationality of this peeling method and the design of the tool head was verified Finally.
