通用无障碍发展的理念与挑战--《通用无障碍发展北京宣言》侧记

Concept and Challenge of Universal Accessibility Development:Sidelights on the Beijing Declaration on Universal Accessibility Development

本文针对当前国际社会在无障碍领域的观念和进展,以具有中国特色的哲学观和方法论,对通用无障碍的"道、术、径"进行阐释,并分析我国发展通用无障碍所面临的差距和挑战。结合"包容与多样:无障碍发展国际学术大会"的多学科讨论,通过《通用无障碍发展北京宣言》的发布,从整体论角度针对我国通用无障碍发展范式的行动重点提出建议。

In response to the release of the Beijing Declaration on Universal Accessibility Development, this paper aims at the current concept and progress of the international community in the field of accessibility,and adopts the philosophical view and methodology with Chinese characteristics to elaborate on the universal accessibility of"Tao,Tactics,and Path" Also,it explains and proposes the gaps and challenges faced by developing universal accessibility in China In combination with the multi-disciplinary discussion on"Inclusiveness and Diversity:International Conference on Accessibility Development",we put forward suggestions for the action focus of China’s universal accessibility development paradigm from the perspective of holism.
