摘要
新时代对学校育人提出了新的要求,落实新要求的抓手是核心素养,最主要的载体是课堂教学,因此要基于核心素养进行课堂教学变革。基于核心素养的课堂教学变革主要包括课堂教学目标的统整取向、课堂教学内容的核心取向、课堂教学方式的实践取向以及课堂教学评价的个性取向。基于核心素养的课堂教学变革需要教师教学理念顶天、教学基本功立地,在课堂教学中把握和运用好课堂教学的基本规律,教师的角色从"控制者"向"引领者"和"隐身者"转换。
The core of the human cultivation process is teaching. The new era puts forward new requirements for school education. The implementation of new requirements lies in the core literacy, and the most important carrier is classroom teaching. Therefore, classroom teaching reform should be based on core literacy. The core teaching reform based on core literacy mainly emphasizes the four aspects, namely an overall design of teaching objectives, the highlighted focus of teaching content, activities in teaching methods and personalized evaluation. Therefore, teachers are expected to have top-notch teaching ideas as well as solid teaching skills, including the basic rules of classroom teaching, only with which can the role of teachers advance from "the controller" to "the leader" and finally to "the invisible".
