核心素养的培养是当前高中教育的基本立足点",公平而有质量"是新时代赋予高中教育的新使命。公平的教育,是面向全体的教育;有质量的教育,是培养"有理想、有本领、有担当"及堪当民族复兴大任的时代新人的教育。近年来,河南省实验中学立足核心素养,对高中多元特色化发展进行有益探索。学校坚持以立德树人统领工作全局、以教育规律指导德育实践、以多维协同推动多元发展,有效地提升了学生核心素养、推进了"公平而有质量的教育"的发展。

The cultivation of core literacy is the basic foothold of education in current high school. Fairness and quality are the new mission given to high school education in the new era. To achieve fairness of education is to make education accessible to all. To pursue quality education is to cultivate new talents with the ideals, skills and aspiration to shoulder the responsibility of national rejuvenation. In recent years, Henan Experimental Middle School has made conducive explorations on the development of high school multi-characteristics. The school adheres to the fundamental task of cultivating talents and promoting morality and takes it as the bottom line to guide all other tasks. It insists on guiding the practice of moral education with rules and promoting diversified development in a multi-dimensional manner, effectively improving the core literacy of students and promoting the development of "fair and quality education".
