摘要
以石莼为实验原料,优化石莼多糖的提取工艺,并对其成分组成和抗氧化活性进行研究。结果表明:在液料比为25:1(mL:g)、提取时间为2.5 h、提取温度80℃、提取次数2次的条件下,多糖提取率达到6.25%。通过对石莼多糖的成分分析,其多糖呈单一色谱峰,均一性较好,主要由葡萄糖、甘露糖等单糖组成,以及含有Ca、Mg、Fe、Cu、Zn等矿物元素。此外,石莼多糖对·OH和DPPH·自由基的半数清除率IC_(50)值分别为2.4 mg/mL和11.5 mg/mL,具有较强的抗氧化活性。
In this experiment,we used the ulva as the raw material,and discussed the polysaccharide extraction conditions optimization.Its composition and antioxidant activity were studied.The results showed when liquid material ratio of 25:1(mL:g),extraction time of 2.5 h,extraction temperature of 80 ℃ and extraction times of 2 times.The content of polysaccharides from ulva was 6.25%.Through the analysis of the ulva polysaccharide composition,its polysaccharide showed a single chromatographic peaks and uniform,which mainly composed of glucose,mannose and other monosaccharide composition, and contains Ca,Mg,Fe,Cu,Zn and other mineral elements.In addition,the free radical scavenging rate of the ulva polysaccharide to ·OH,DPPH·radicals was 2.4 mg/mL and 11.5 mg/mL with IC50 values that had strong antioxidant activity.
