摘要 建立了X射线粉末衍射(XRD)内标法定量分析Al H3粉末中α晶型含量的方法。确定了以硅粉为内标物,并研究了不同混合方法对测试结果的影响。结果表明,以研磨法混合,且研磨混合30 min既能将硅粉和Al H3充分混合均匀,同时也不会产生晶体择优取向影响测试结果。该方法的相对标准偏差小于2%,可满足实际应用要求。 A method for quantitative analysis of the content of α-formin aluminum hydride crystals was established by powder Xray diffraction based on the internal standard method. The silicon powder is determined as the internal standard substance and the effects of different mixed methods on the experimental results have been studied.The results show that the milling method is the best for mixing.AlH3 can be mixed uniformly with silicon powder by milling 30 minutes and the preferred orientation of the crystal doesn’t occur to affect the test results,when the silicon powder is used for an internal standard.The precision and applicability of this method has also been investigated.The relative standard deviation of multiple testing results is less than 2%,and the method is able to satisfy the requirements for various applications.
