摘要
立式捏合机搅拌槽内桨叶与物料之间的相互作用会引起桨叶的变形量。为揭示桨叶结构参数与桨叶变形量之间的变化关系,选取1 L两桨立式捏合机为研究对象,基于ANSYS Workbench 14.5仿真分析软件采用流-固耦合方法,研究了桨叶结构参数(间隙、螺旋角)对桨叶变形量的影响。研究结果表明,增大桨桨间隙使空心桨最大变形量逐渐减小,使实心桨最大变形量先减小、后增大;增大桨叶螺旋角使空心桨最大变形量逐渐减小,使实心桨最大变形量逐渐增大。
The interaction between the blade and the mixing materials inside the mixing vessel of the twin-blade planetary mixer leads to the blade deformation.In order to reveal the relationship between the blade’s geometric parameters and the blade’s deformation,the twin-blade planetary mixer with available volume of 1 L is selected as the research object. To analyze the effect of the blade’s geometric parameters(clearance,helical angle) on the blade’s deformation,the simulation work has been done using the ANSYS Workbench 14.5 software based on liquid-solid coupling method.The results indicate that with increase of the clearance,the deformation of hollow blade gradually decreases,and the deformation of plain blade firstly decreases,then increases.With the helical angle increase,the deformation of hollow blade gradually decreases,and the deformation of plain blade increases as well.
