Intestinal microbes and hypertension:new therapeutic targets

摘要 遗传和环境的相互作用对于高血压的发病非常重要。越来越多的证据表明,肠道微生物群的生态失调与高血压之间存在关联。某些肠道微生物可能在高血压的发展中起到致病或保护作用。本文总结了肠道微生物在高血压发病中的作用,以及益生菌在高血压治疗中的影响。 The complex interaction of genetic and environmental influences is very important for the onset of hypertension.More and more evidences show that there is a correlation between the ecological imbalance of the intestinal microbiota and hypertension.Certain intestinal microbiota may play apathogenic or protective role in the development of hypertension.In this review,we summarize the role of intestinal microbes in the progression of hypertension and the role of probiotics in the treatment of hypertension.
