With the modernization construction of Chinese universities,some universities have begun to improve the traditional laboratories,and carried out the construction of information labs by means of modernization.The establishment of open laboratories can effectively integrate all kinds of information resources in colleges and universities,at the same time,can improve the abilities of teachers and students.This paper will analyze the construction of open laboratory system based on Web,and discuss the design idea,function structure,requirement analysis and key technologies of the project.
